Proxy Voting

To vote your Cytokinetics shares online, you will be asked to enter your control number(s) to ensure the security of your vote. Your control number is located on your Proxy Card or Voting Instruction Form received with your Proxy Statement. If you received your proxy materials electronically, your control number is contained in the e-mail you received.

Registered Stockholders

You are a "registered stockholder" if you hold your shares in your own name with our transfer agent, Computershare. To vote online, visit www.proxyvote.com and enter your 16 digit control number found with your proxy materials.

Electronic Delivery

As a Cytokinetics, Inc. stockholder, you can receive future Cytokinetics proxy statements, annual reports and related proxy materials via electronic delivery, rather than receiving hard copies in the mail. To receive future mailings electronically, visit the Computershare Investor Center.
